- Lay on Trigger Point Rocker
- Bend both knees and keep the feet planted on the ground
- Bring both arms up to a 90 degree position
- Bring your forearms together and then bring them apart to squeeze the shoulder blades together
- Hold for 2-3 seconds and slowly return to the starting position
- Repeat 10 repetitions for 2-3 sets
