Scapular Squeezes

Difficulty What is this good for: Improving shoulder mobility; Reducing the prevalence of mid back pain; Improving posture.

Steps

  1. Lay on Trigger Point Rocker
  2. Bend both knees and keep the feet planted on the ground
  3. Bring both arms up to a 90 degree position
  4. Bring your forearms together and then bring them apart to squeeze the shoulder blades together
  5. Hold for 2-3 seconds and slowly return to the starting position
  6. Repeat 10 repetitions for 2-3 sets
