Snow Angels

Steps

  1. Lay on Trigger Point Rocker
  2. Bend both knees and keep the feet planted on the ground
  3. Turn your palms up towards the ceiling and create an imaginary snow angel underneath you
  4. Keep the back of your hands as close to the floor as your can throughout the movement
  5. Hold for 2-3 seconds and slowly return to the starting position
  6. Repeat 10 repetitions for 2-3 sets
