- Lay on Trigger Point Rocker
- Bend both knees and keep the feet planted on the ground
- Turn your palms up towards the ceiling and create an imaginary snow angel underneath you
- Keep the back of your hands as close to the floor as your can throughout the movement
- Hold for 2-3 seconds and slowly return to the starting position
- Repeat 10 repetitions for 2-3 sets
